BabyHugger's underpant is designed to BE YOUR UNDERPANT. Our crotch panel opens and recloses for toileting. if you have your usual underpant on underneath the BabyHugger pant, its crotch will be in the way. If you can afford an extra pant, buy at least 1 extra.
